Agentic Operations

Enterprise Agentic AI

We make your enterprise operations agentic — safely.

Pick any operation in your company — work, HR, finance, compliance — and we turn it into a governed agentic workflow: it observes state, reasons over approved tools, and acts with humans in the loop. Our RecoX system is the reference implementation.

Architecture

One governed agent runs the whole company

At the centre is a model-driven operator — it reads governed context, decides the next action under policy, acts through typed tools behind a human gate, and proves every run. Around it sit the company's operations: security, people, performance, finance, compliance, marketing and work — each a governed system the agent observes and acts on. Start with the agent on the left, then follow how it connects across every domain.

The agent

Agent

The model-driven operator at the centre of RecoX. It watches the company, decides the next action across any domain, and acts only through governed tools behind a human gate. One narrow agent owns one responsibility; many such agents compose into the operating system that runs the company.

Why it is in the architecture

RecoX is presented as an agent because that is what it is: a reasoning operator, not a dashboard. Everything else in the architecture exists so this operator can decide safely — read the right context, obey policy, act through typed tools, and leave proof.

Inside

Reason → decide → act → observeThe agent reads governed context, chooses among allowed next steps (or no action), acts, then observes the result and decides whether to continue, stop, retry, or escalate.

One responsibility per agentNarrow agents keep scope, risk, and evidence provable; together they cover the whole company.

By design

Not a chatbot or a scriptThe agent decides next actions from live context — it is not fixed automation, and it is not a chat-over-docs assistant.
